1. Inspect and tighten electrical connections.
   — Faulty electrical connections can cause unsafe operation of your system and reduce the life of major components
2. Check current draw on motors.
3. Inspect and check safety and controls.
4. Lubricate all motors, bearings, fans, and pumps, as required.
   — Parts that lack lubrication cause friction in motors and increases the amount of electricity you use.
5. Check for are leaks around furnace/ air handler.
6. Check blower motor, speed, and airflow.
7. Clean and adjust blower components.

8. Check temperature drop across evaporator coil.

9. Check refigerant temperatures and presssures.

10. Inspect, clean, and sanitize condensate pan and condensate drain.
    — A plugged drain can cause water damage in the house and affect indoor humidity levels.
11. Clean coils.
    — Dirt coils restrict airflow reducing the system’s ability to cool your home and cause the system to run longer, increasing energy costs and reducing the life of the equipment.
12. Check operation and condition of contactors and relays.
13. Check and inspect start and run capacitors and relays.
14. Check operation and condition of compressor.
15. Check calibration and operation of thermostat.
16. Inform customer of findings and recommend necessary repairs.
